This individual will assist with improving onboarding visibility, maintaining scalable workflows, supporting learner communication best practices, and helping ensure onboarding processes remain organized and partner-centered as implementation operations continue to grow.This position is intended to complement technical implementation ownership by supporting onboarding coordination, content operations, and cross-functional process management while enabling implementation specialists to remain focused on partner-level onboarding execution and technical implementation delivery.Responsibilities
- Onboarding Program Management & Operational Coordination
- Assist with maintaining and improving onboarding workflows, documentation, and operational processes across partner onboarding experiences
- Help track onboarding progress, maintain visibility across onboarding activities, and support coordination between cross-functional stakeholders
- Facilitate operational coordination between GTM Operations, Implementation,
- Product, Partner Success, and other onboarding stakeholders
- Support onboarding consistency and help maintain organized implementation processes as onboarding operations grow
- Support content implementation workflows, onboarding documentation, and communication readiness processes related to SMS communications
- Help maintain and improve operational processes for onboarding content implementation and research-based messaging best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content design aligns with implementation standards, best practices, and partner goals
- Partner with internal research and analytics teams to operationalize feedback loops to continuously improve SMS content and conversation strategies based on partner outcomes, engagement insights, and emerging best practices
- Support development and refining of scalable onboarding playbooks, workflows, and operational documentation
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improved onboarding consistency and efficiency
- Support the creation of standardized onboarding processes across partner types and implementation models
- Contribute to cross-functional implementation governance and operational improvement initiatives
- Facilitate communication and coordination between onboarding stakeholders across departments
- Support organizational alignment and accountability throughout the onboarding lifecycle
- Help ensure onboarding experiences are scalable, organized, and partner-centered
- Track and report on onboarding program metrics including implementation progress, onboarding bottlenecks, launch readiness, and time-to-launch trends
- Support executive visibility into onboarding operations through scalable reporting, process insights, and implementation health tracking
- Partner with GTM Operations leadership to identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency, implementation consistency, and operational scalability
- Support baselining and tracking of onboarding metrics, launch timelines, and implementation progress across onboarding workflows
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, onboarding operations, implementation support, customer success operations, communications coordination, or related fields
- Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience managing timelines, workflows, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and build scalable operational processes
- Experience working in higher education, edtech, workforce development, or learner engagement and communications environments preferred
- Familiarity with implementation workflows, onboarding operations, or campaign/content coordination preferred
