Job Summary:

The Implementation Manager is responsible for the execution, delivery, monitoring, and reporting of client and onboarding campaigns. This role serves as the primary campaign manager during the implementation phase, managing timelines and ensuring campaigns are end-to-end configured and deployed to meet client requirements. The Implementation Manager partners closely with Client Success and Development teams to implement client-approved specifications, translating approved business requirements into technical execution while proactively identifying and navigating technical limitations during implementation and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update campaign details, timelines, and statuses in internal systems
  • Track, configure, and launch client campaigns according to defined requirements and timelines
  • Monitor active campaigns to ensure delivery, optimal performance, and successful execution
  • Communicate campaign-related updates, issues, and needs to Development and Customer Success teams
  • Generate, review, and upload client and internal reports in a timely manner
  • Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying errors or inconsistencies and escalating as needed

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university required
  • Entry-level role; prior professional experience is not required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $50,000-$55,000
