Contribute ideas to enhance implementation tools, templates, and processes that improve efficiency and scalability across the team.
What you’ll bring:

Experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously and delivering projects on time and within scope.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP, and an understanding of how they apply to customer environments.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate concepts related to APIs, integrations, and data flows at a high level.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to build rapport and drive alignment across teams and customers.
