As an Implementation Manager within the Commercial Card Team, you will be dedicated to onboarding Commercial Card payments solutions to a diverse set of clients around the globe, where you will be focused on exceeding client expectations while helping support new emerging products and technology. You will be responsible for managing large projects for high revenue /complex clients while aligning results and resources to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization. You will manage projects, applying proven onboarding methodology to ensure a streamlined implementation of our Commercial Card Products.

Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients and multiple internal teams on the integration of complex solutions for new and existing clients
- Provide a deep understanding of Commercial Card products, the organization, and priorities
- Modernize the client experience by understanding client needs and applying the appropriate scalable and sustainable solutions
- Partner with Products, Servicing and Operations for an optimal onboarding experience for newly launched products
- Delivering a client-centric engagement with clients at every touch point and approach delivery with an eye towards deepening customer relationships
- Provide regular executive management updates to partners and senior management
- Foster a strong risk and controlenvironment aligned to the firm's control agenda and promoting an environment of inclusion, engagement, and innovation across the North America Implementation team
- 25% travel requirement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Dynamic, high-energy leader passionate to navigate the organization forward
- Prior experience managing projects and programs
- Commercial Card or Transactional banking/payments knowledge
- Proven success implementing change
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills
- Outstanding ability to convey senior leadership messages in both verbal and written form
- 25% travel

- Experience in process simplification and ability to identify and implement global best practices across segments and regions
- Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap to continually enhance the client and employee experience
