We are growing fast and looking for an Implementation Manager to join our team. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation process of Workable's Recruiting & HR solutions for new customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Technical Support, to ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience for our customers.
This role requires strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-centric mindset. You will manage the implementation of Workable’s Recruiting and HR solutions, acting as a project manager for onboarding and other professional services like integrations, reports, and migrations. Serving as the main point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide customers on best practices, track progress and satisfaction, and proactively address issues. Post-implementation, you will lead check-ins to ensure successful adoption and continued value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer implementation/onboarding, project management or consulting
- Knowledge of HR and recruiting processes and technology and/or SaaS products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and navigate difficult conversations
- Analytical skills for requirements analysis and problem-solving
- Own a portfolio of customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the Sales team during pre-sales discussions to ensure a smooth handover and set clear expectations for new customers.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Workable's Recruiting and HR solutions, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- Monitor project timelines and key milestones, proactively addressing risks, issues, or delays to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as a project manager for professional services engagements, including integrations, data migrations, and custom reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver a seamless implementation experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor, helping them realise value from Workable’s solutions.
- Understand customer goals and challenges, and provide guidance and best practices to drive adoption and success.
- Track and report on implementation progress, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct post-implementation and post-renewal check-ins to ensure ongoing alignment with customer needs and maximise product usage.
