In the process, Terminal will address many industry-wide pain points, including compliance, manual processes, equipment location, phantom costs, and labor inefficiencies. Overview:
Our world class vision engineering team has built an engine that can process the movement of trucks and containers in real time. It’s now time to unlock the potential of that engine by building SaaS applications that leverage the vision engine to transform the logistics industry.
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment of Terminal’s smart yard technology across customer sites. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of field operations, customer success, and project management—ideal for someone who thrives on clarity, ownership, and impact.
As the Implementation Manager, you will own the full rollout lifecycle—from coordinating pre-installation requirements to ensure post-deployment success. You’ll work closely with technical teams, field crews, and enterprise customers, bridging software and hardware deployment in real-world logistics environments.
This role is best suited for someone who is energized by on-the-ground execution, deeply organized, comfortable with AI-powered technology, and confident navigating dynamic field conditions and stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities:
Lead full implementation lifecycle for Terminal’s smart yard deployments, including planning, coordination, and post-launch follow up.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, sales, and field teams.
Manage timelines, deliverables, installation logistics, and risk mitigation.
Ensure systems are fully operational and customers are successfully onboarded.
Translate technical requirements into clear action plans for internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously improve implementation processes and documentation based on field experience.
Travel to customer sites as needed to support installs, trainings, and live testing.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be based in Austin, TX or the East Coast.
3–5 years of experience in customer facing implementation, project management, professional services or field services engineering, preferably in a hardware and software solution environment. (bonus for logistics or supply chain contexts)
Experience with security cameras and/or network devices installation.
Experience in customer onboarding and training.
Experience in real-time computer vision or video analytics is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across. technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar project tracking platforms is a plus.
PMP or bachelor degree preferred.
Travel: up to 50%
