Mangomint is a fast-growing SaaS company on a mission to make every salon and spa more profitable. We are already the highest-rated salon and spa software in the US and Canada with thousands of customers and seek to become the #1 market leader in the coming years.
We’re a fully remote, fun, and ambitious team and get together every few months in person. As we grow, we’re looking to attract high-potential individuals who want to be part of a winning team. If that’s you, come join us!
About the RoleWe’re on the hunt for an Implementation Manager who lives for the details, communicates like a pro, and knows their way around a spreadsheet better than most. This role is equal parts technical execution and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be managing complex data migrations, working with onboarding and engineering teams, and obsessing over getting every field mapped and every import right. While fully remote, we are looking for a candidate located in Pacific Time Zone (PST).
As an Implementation Manager at Mangomint you will:
Own the end-to-end migration of customer data between software platforms, from initial prep to final verification, ensuring a smooth transition with both automated and manual imports
Enter, verify, and format large volumes of data with a sharp eye for consistency, completeness, and accuracy across platforms
Work in Excel daily using formulas, macros, Power Query, and your own resourcefulness to clean and prep import files
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering on data mapping, tooling, and issue resolution, and with onboarding managers to keep customers on track and informed
Partner directly with customers to troubleshoot import issues, answer data-specific questions, and use clear communication to guide and prioritize what matters most
Navigate various software platforms to understand, prep, and reformat data for successful import
Tackle data challenges with a solution-first mindset by digging into logs, identifying root causes, and finding paths forward
Maintain and improve internal resources like SOPs and training guides while identifying process gaps and helping implement scalable improvements
Advanced Excel skills. You know how to build, fix, and adapt formulas like it's second nature (Bonus points if you’ve got your own formula library)
Experience working in SaaS or a tech environment, particularly around implementation or data migration
Familiarity with technical language and logs. No coding required, but you should be comfortable collaborating with engineers
Project management experience. You can juggle multiple imports, prioritize tasks, and lead data migrations to successful completion, all while meeting SLAs and keeping things on track with a go-getter attitude
A detail-obsessed, customer-first mindset with a creative and adaptable approach to solving problems and prioritizing customer needs, even when unexpected challenges arise
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude
Curiosity about where data lives, how it moves, and what’s possible
Works PST hours
Bonus Points If You:
Are comfortable jumping into a new UI and figuring things out without needing a manual
Experience with scheduling software or working in a salon/spa tech environment is a plus
