Role Overview
As an Implementation Manager, you will lead new customers through the full implementation of our AR automation platform. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating ERP integrations, workflow configuration, and customer training to deliver a seamless go-live experience. This role requires both strong project management discipline and deep empathy for the customer journey, as you’ll be guiding CFOs, controllers, and AR managers through transformative change in how they manage receivables.
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding projects for mid-market and enterprise customers adopting our AR automation solutions.
- Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with client stakeholders to align platform configuration with existing AR processes.
- Oversee ERP, CRM, and payment system integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Ensure smooth data migration, testing, and client sign-off.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding, building trust with finance and IT stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
- Translate technical requirements into business terms and ensure customer confidence in the transition.
- Deliver onboarding workshops, training sessions, and best practice guidance.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep projects on track.
- Escalate critical issues and coordinate solutions with internal product, engineering, and support teams.
- Balance scope, timeline, and quality to ensure projects deliver expected outcomes.
- Drive adoption of automation features such as electronic invoicing, collections workflows, cash application, and digital payments.
- Ensure customers achieve measurable improvements in efficiency, DSO, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Customer Success to transition clients smoothly into long-term relationships post-go-live.

What you'll bring to the team:
- 4–7 years of project management experience in SaaS or technology implementations, preferably in fintech, ERP, or finance system rollouts.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes (billing, collections, cash application, dispute management) strongly preferred.
- Experience managing ERP or financial software integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both finance executives and technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

- New clients are onboarded on schedule with minimal disruption to existing AR operations.
- Finance teams adopt the platform quickly and see measurable ROI within the first 90–180 days.
- Clients view you as a trusted partner and advocate who helped them modernize their receivables process.
