We have raised over $21M from top-tier investors including: YC, YC Continuity, Valar Seedcamp, WndrCo, Moonfire, Bradley Horowitz (VP Product, Google) and more.

We are helping thousands of companies to streamline their financial workflows and we have hundreds of 5/5 ratings on G2.

Our founding team previously worked at Europe's fastest growing fintech, Revolut.

About the Role

As an Implementation Manager, you'll be the driving force behind how customers experience Flow. You'll own the end-to-end implementation process — from onboarding to go-live — working directly with customers to ensure they get the most out of our platform. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your frontline insights will directly shape the product.

What You'll Do
  • Drive end-to-end implementations of Flow, managing timelines, migrations, and configurations to get customers live quickly and confidently.

  • Be the customer's go-to person throughout the implementation journey, delivering a white-glove experience that sets them up for long-term success.

  • Spend significant time on-site with customers, providing hands-on training, guidance, and support as they transition from legacy systems.

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into product improvements, acting as the voice of the customer internally.

  • Build and refine implementation playbooks and processes as we scale.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in implementation, customer success, or consulting roles — Ideally in accounting, finance, or ERP software.

  • Someone who thrives in front of customers and is comfortable being on-site regularly.

  • Strong project management instincts — you can juggle multiple implementations without dropping the ball.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams to get things done.

  • Comfort with ambiguity — we're building something new, and you'll help define how implementations work as we grow.

You must have fundamental Accounting knowledge to succeed in this role.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
