Conduit

At Conduit, we're building the crypto-native cloud platform that will scale Ethereum.

Crypto builders have been held back by a lack of onchain compute — without the ability to process a high volume of transactions quickly and cheaply, onchain apps and ecosystems can’t build high quality user experiences.

Rollups have emerged as the answer to this problem. Just as servers work together to scale compute in web2, so too can rollups scale onchain compute in web3. But building and operating your own rollup is difficult and time-consuming. That's where Conduit comes in.

As the rollup-native cloud platform, Conduit combines web2 engineering best-practices with web3 rollup technology to make it easy for anyone to launch and maintain their own chain. By making infrastructure simple and onchain compute abundant, similar to how AWS and GCP did for web2, we can unlock the next wave of innovation in the crypto ecosystem.

The Conduit platform has seen massive growth since going live in 2023. We run the largest chains in production, including Proof of Play, Zora, Aevo, and more. This translates to 200+ chains across mainnet and testnet and over $1B in total-value-locked (TVL). We're operating on the bleeding edge of crypto, co-evolving with our customers and integration partners, and pushing the limits of blockchain scalability and modularity.

This success has been recognized and accelerated through a $37M Series A, co-led by Paradigm and Haun Ventures — two of the best investors in the industry.

We’re an elite team that’s previously worked at Meta, Brex, Wish, Compound, Chainalysis, Immunefi, Amazon, Avara/Aave, Paradigm, and more. We’re headquartered in San Francisco, with team members all over the world.

We’re looking for ambitious, talented builders that want to help scale Ethereum and bring crypto compute to the masses. Join us!

About the Role

As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll be the first technical partner for new customers launching rollups with Conduit. From initial setup to going live, you’ll guide teams through every step of the journey — ensuring they feel confident, supported, and ready to scale.

You’ll bridge product, engineering, and customer success — helping customers understand how our infrastructure works, supporting configuration and integration, and surfacing insights that improve our platform and processes for every future user.

This role is ideal for someone empathetic, technically curious, and highly organized — someone who can keep multiple projects in motion while building trusted relationships with some of the most innovative teams in the crypto ecosystem.

In this role, you will:
  • Own the end-to-end technical onboarding experience for new customers building rollups with Conduit.

  • Lead customers through setup, configuration, and best practices tailored to their use case.

  • Write scripts and code snippets to adjust configurations, debug integrations, and help customers tailor their rollups.

  • Drive projects forward with clear communication, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful launches.

  • Proactively identify friction points, unblock customers quickly, and feed insights back into product and process improvements.

  • Help refine onboarding playbooks, documentation, and tooling to make each launch smoother than the last.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You might be a fit if you:
  • Have experience in onboarding, implementation, or developer success in a B2B or infrastructure environment.

  • Have been a subject-matter expert for a product in the web3 stack (e.g., rollup frameworks, L1 protocols/stacks, infrastructure tooling).

  • Are familiar with rollup concepts — or eager to ramp up quickly.

  • Are comfortable writing code (e.g., TypeScript, Python, or Go) to automate onboarding tasks, configure infrastructure, or troubleshoot with customers.

  • Can manage multiple customer projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

  • Enjoy solving real-world problems alongside customers and take pride in being their trusted guide.

  • Thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments where autonomy and adaptability are key.

  • Balance systems thinking with execution — you see the big picture but can also dive deep to keep projects on track.

Conduit does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
