The Role:

The digital manufacturing space is growing and our cutting-edge SAAS solution positions us as a key player, empowering global manufacturers across a variety of industries to achieve world-class performance. 


We are looking for a talented Implementation Consultant to join our team to onboard our growing global manufacturing client base to L2L’s connected worker solution. In this role, you critically enable our clients’ success and are their voice in collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales. 


This role requires a combination of manufacturing expertise, manufacturing software product application knowledge, and project management skills for successful implementation. 


Responsibilities:

  • Strategically implement new enterprise client onboarding, with a focus on solving crucial customer pain points via L2L workflows
  • Deliver on-site customer training to build client expertise in the L2L system
  • Support and drive ongoing product adoption through shop floor and leadership engagement
  • Monitor system usage and application throughout the implementation
  • Collect and share client feedback to the Product team for continued system improvement
  • Identify customer success stories to enable the customer to see they are receiving continuing business value from L2L, leading them to become advocates for L2L
  • Troubleshoot customer technical issues as needed
  • Create the foundation for long-term customer growth and adoption in all aspects of the product


Requirements:

  • Ability to travel 40%  
  • Manufacturing experience (minimum of 3-5 years)
  • Direct experience in Operations is a plus
  • Guiding Change Management in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Exposure to and use of lean manufacturing concepts is a plus
  • Manufacturing software (MES, EAM, CMMS, etc.) or similar software implementation experience 
  • L2L experience or similar solution experience preferred
  • Project Management leadership and experience
  • Leading and tracking projects (tasks, budget, schedule) 
  • Able to develop strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor 
  • Communicates effectively in written, virtual, and in-person media 
  • Can simplify and describe complex concepts
  • Adaptable per project and environment requirements 
  • Passionate about continuous learning and expanding own knowledge/skills 
  • Self-starter able to work effectively in a remote environment 
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
