The Implementation Analyst at MeridianLink is responsible for providing project management and configuration services to customers. They will be leading the full implementation lifecycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for software licensed by MeridianLink. Managing client expectations, meet timelines, and act as liaison between client and other MeridianLink departments. Additionally, educating clients on software capabilities and communicate customer enhancement ideas to the product organization.

Responsibilities:

• A thorough understanding of MeridianLink’ s licensed software and its capabilities to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients

• Expected to be responsible for client innovation and leadership in developing and implementing initiatives that support clients’ goals and objectives.

• Client onboarding activities including core connectivity and third-party integrations while facilitating interactions between clients and other MeridianLink departments.

• Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations through deployment cycle with a focus on driving project resources toward project completion while providing the highest level of proactive and responsive client service in response to and in anticipation of client questions and requests.

• Expected to adhere to project resources meet expected timelines and organize tasks to maximize productivity and utilization.

• Proactively identify issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before they become an escalation item.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems

• Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities and priorities at the same time.

• Effective presentation skills demonstrated by comfort in speaking to groups remotely.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
