Job Summary
As an Implementation Analyst at MeridianLink, you’ll play a key role in delivering software solutions to our clients. You’ll lead the full lifecycle of software deployments—from onboarding and configuration to training and ongoing support—ensuring a smooth and successful experience for both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
-Guide clients through the implementation of MeridianLink’s software, offering best practices and tailored recommendations.
-Manage onboarding activities, including system connectivity and third-party integrations.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the deployment process, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals and resolve issues proactively.
-Track project milestones and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
-Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and contribute ideas to enhance our products and services.
Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
-2–4 years of experience in software implementation, client services, or a related field.
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft systems and tools.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.

Salary range of $77,000 - $100,000. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
