Join a dynamic Campaign Management Team driving high-impact Acquisition Marketing across digital and print channels for Business Banking. You’ll help bring campaigns to life end-to-end—partnering across teams, ensuring quality execution, and delivering customer-first experiences with flawless attention to detail.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with strategic partners to design and implement acquisition campaigns and work closely with creative agencies to tailor creative for each program. You will execute and manage campaigns across digital, print, awareness, and offer-based efforts while balancing timelines and budget considerations. You’ll also help optimize direct response performance and support measurement and reporting frameworks. A key focus is maintaining a strong control environment through quality assurance and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with strategic partners to design and implement acquisition campaigns
Partner with internal and/or external creative agencies to develop and tailor creative versions per program
Execute digital, print, awareness, and offer-based campaigns aligned to strategy, timelines, and budgets
Maintain a strong control environment and perform quality assurance on final creative and executional elements
Manage multi-channel execution from concept to delivery with cross-functional stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
1-2 years of experience in email, digital marketing, and/or direct (print)
Team-player mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude in evolving priorities
Strategic thinking paired with hands-on attention to execution details
High-energy, solution-oriented approach; able to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Existing Chase campaign management experience
- Experience leveraging approved AI tools to create work efficiencies
