What Will Your Job Look Like?

The IDP Scheduler is responsible for the daily route management of the IDPs. The IDP Scheduler meets regularly with the Ride Share team to discuss IDP performance within the assigned region.

This position will primarily be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm est. You must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones to apply for this role. This will be a remote position supporting Veyo ride.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform data entry of Provider rates and capacity
  • Provide professional, timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Accountable for meeting all IDP production and quality goals
  • Help support reoccurring trip management
  • Utilize templates for reoccurring trips
  • Conduct daily trip routing
  • Provide IDP capacity to leadership
  • Help with IDP system setup
  • Partner with the Logistics teams to understand system changes to improve trip assignment
  • Ensure trips are routed promptly and accurately
  • Assist in pinpointing areas of inadequate fleet capacity and discuss IDP potential in those areas
  • Protect MTM’s interest in all cost strategy initiatives and decisions • Provide required data to leadership when requested
  • Emphasize efficient recruitment and management in expansions
  • Work with Logistics and IT to understand and communicate best practices across all regions

What You’ll need:

Experience, Education, & Certification:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience presenting to Clients and/or key stakeholders
  • Valid Drivers License

Skills:

  • Intermediate level of proficiency or above with Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Possess creative thinking skills
  • Willingness to think outside of the box to drive results and find new ways to lower cost
  • Adaptability and accept new challenges
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, and demonstrate effective problem solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Must demonstrate an ongoing positive attitude and demeanor
  • Factual and accurate data analysis skills, with the ability to find truth within data sets
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Strong analytics and Project Management skills

Hourly Wage: $18.50 - $20 an hour
