Role Overview:
The ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day administration of ICHRA plans for employer groups and their employees. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, ongoing plan support, and high levels of client satisfaction. The ICHRA Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues, provide education, and support overall program success.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the main liaison between employer groups, employees, brokers and internal teams to ensure a seamless ICHRA experience.
- Guide clients through the initial onboarding process, including plan design, employee education, and enrollment support.
- Provide ongoing account management and proactive support to address client questions, concerns, and administrative needs.
- Monitor and track client accounts to ensure compliance with plan requirements and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with internal operations, enrollment, and customer care teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular plan performance reviews and provide insights or recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, plan changes, and service requests.

Who you are:
- Strong understanding of health reimbursement arrangements (especially ICHRA) and group health benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or benefits administration, preferably in health insurance or HR services.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with health insurance carriers, brokers, or third-party administrators.
- Knowledge of ACA compliance and other relevant healthcare regulations.
