The role involves leading Maximo implementations, conducting requirements discovery, guiding technical discussions, and ensuring end-to-end architecture and integrations with other systems.
- Responsible for providing Maximo Application Suite Implementation consulting services to various clients, working alone or a part of the implementation team
- Executes requirement discovery workshops and documents requirements for Maximo Application Suite Implementation.
- Lead the functional design processes
- Collaborates with Maximo Technical Consultants and Analysts to ensure Requirements and converted into Technical Specifications
- Liaise/lead with the test team and run the User Acceptance Test
- Create training documents and deliver training (Super User/End User training)
- Displays leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions on Maximo Application Suite
- Design end-to-end architectures for Maximo Application Suite implementations, Solution rollouts to different regions.
- Guide the implementation of Maximo configurations, workflows, and customizations.
- Ensure seamless integration with external systems (e.g., SAP, Tririga, BIM, CAD etc..).
- Evaluate and recommend best practices for process implementation (Work Management, Asset Management, Energy Management) in Maximo
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and provide architectural governance
Requirements
- 10-12 years’ Maximo Functional experience
- 4-5 full cycle implementation of IBM Maximo asset management solution.
- Strong Functional implementation expertise in Maximo Application Suite 8.x/9.x
- Maximo Mobile and MAS Health implementation experience
- Project Management experience for Maximo implementations. Experienced in project managing and delivering large scale Maximo implementation Cloud based solution
- IBM Certified Functional Analyst Maximo Application Suite
