How you'll make an impact:

Our Summer Associate program is a 10-12 week internship and interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. Summer projects may include the following functional areas / business operations:

  • Talent Management

  • Talent Acquisition

  • Corporate Total Rewards

  • Employee Relations

Compensation & Relocation:

This internship offers an hourly rate of $37.00. Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Students must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.

  • Undergraduate or Graduate student completing a Bachelor's / Master's degree between May 2025 - June 2026.

  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and agility in navigating ambiguity in a fast paced environment.
