Responsibilities
  • Serves as acting leader in the absence of the senior department head, ensuring continuity of operations and decision-making.
  • Oversees daily departmental functions and may directly manage assigned operational areas to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
  • Exercises full supervisory authority, including recruiting, hiring, disciplining, and terminating staff in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Provides guidance, direction, and support to team members to promote performance, accountability, and professional development.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational, regulatory, and safety standards while maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
  • Performs related duties as required
Qualifications
  • Required:
    • Education: Bachelor's in related field 
    • Experience: 5 years in Human Resources

 

 

  • Preferred:
    • Licensure/Certification: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
