FoundryCo, Inc. is seeking a confident, strategic, and business‑focused HR Manager to join our team in the Boston area. Reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources, the HR Manager will lead all HR initiatives for our U.S.-based employees. You will build strong partnerships across the business, provide coaching to managers and employees at all levels, and offer practical, creative solutions to evolving business needs. You will also contribute to ongoing People initiatives by participating in HR task teams and helping shape the future of FoundryCo’s employee experience.

The HR Manager will develop a deep understanding of FoundryCo’s business, goals, and challenges—and translate those insights into effective HR actions and initiatives that support both people and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted change agent, helping leaders and teams navigate organizational change with communication, clarity, and empathy
  • Partner closely with functional and group leaders to understand business priorities and ensure organizational structures support current and future needs
  • Drive an exceptional employee experience by supporting onboarding strategy and assimilation, as well as managing offboarding processes, including exit interviews and trend analysis
  • Lead and resolve employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
  • Coach managers through performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans
  • Promote consistency in HR policies and practices across the organization
  • Support reorganizations, workforce planning, and broader organizational development initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR team members to deliver cohesive, high‑impact HR programs and initiatives
  • Provide guidance with compensation planning, partnering with managers to ensure fair, equitable, and data‑informed decisions
  • Independently manage recruitment for roles when needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager experience
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills along with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to influence and form relationships with senior leaders
  • Ability to work independently and also interact with employees across all levels of the organization
  • Prior recruiting experience and the ability to develop creative business solutions
  • Experience facilitating resolutions in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Knowledge of US employment law, and legal compliance is a plus

This role is currently 100% remote for the greater Boston area and will change to be fully in-office in the local Boston area in the coming months.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $100,000 and $110,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
