We hold a leadership position in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (Duchenne) and are building a robust portfolio of programs across muscle, central nervous system, and cardiac diseases. In 2023, we launched our fourth therapy and the first ever gene therapy to treat Duchenne.

The Importance of the Role
The Opportunity to Make a Difference
The Human Resources Intern will play a critical role in supporting both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, helping advance strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to core HR processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Talent Acquisition Support
Assist with career fair preparation, logistics, and candidate engagement
Support interview coordination and contribute to best‑practice documentation
Partner on projects related to the Co‑Op Program, including onboarding, programming, and evaluation
Gather feedback and recommend enhancements to improve intern and Co‑Op engagement
HR Operations Support
Shadow key HR processes, including onboarding/orientation, international payroll, and immigration
Partner with the Workday systems team to support cross-department processes and configuration
Perform tasks that improve efficiency, documentation quality, and process clarity
Support internal programs dedicated to bringing employees together and enhancing Sarepta’s culture
The intern will bring fresh insights and help strengthen strategic initiatives across both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, while developing foundational HR skills.
More about You
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in launching a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Program Timeline
This application is for a 12-week summer internship program that will start on May 18th and conclude on August 7th, 2026.
