What You'll Do:
Coordinate interviews and support recruiting by managing schedules and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
Support the recruitment team with the administration of job requisitions and providing recruitment updates to our tracking system
Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding
Answer and manage HR tickets, ensuring timely, accurate support and escalation when needed
Help prepare HR reports and track key metrics
Assist with the administration and coordination of employee programs
Learn various HR functions and get hands on experience in administrating processes
Gain understanding of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other electronic platforms
Conduct research on relevant HR topics and areas and update the team on findings
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
What You'll Need:
2 years of study in Human Resources or Business Management
Strong administrative skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential employee information
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor with focus on customer service
Must be authorized to work in the United States
