About the role :

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations & Benefits Administrator to support and optimize HR operations for our growing U.S. employee and personnel base.

This role is highly operational and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on:

  • U.S. HR compliance and policy administration
  • employee onboarding & lifecycle operations
  • payroll and benefits administration
  • HR contract management
  • coordination with international HR teams

The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR operations professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, global organization and partnering closely with Finance, Legal, and regional HR leaders.

Proxet is a global software development company with distributed teams across the U.S., Eastern Europe, and Latin America. As the company continues to scale, this role will be critical in strengthening HR infrastructure, standardizing global processes, supporting leadership, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience across regions.

Location: Boston area, Massachusetts (on-site in office, Auburndale, MA)

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Operations capacity.
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with HR contract management and HRIS administration
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and contract workflows.
  • Experience overseeing benefits administration for U.S. employees.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws, multi-country HR environments
  • Experience working closely with legal and/or paralegal teams.
  • HR experience collaborating with international or offshore software development services organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative, proactive, and people-centric.‍

Responsibilities: 

HR Operations Management

  • Oversee HR operations for U.S. employees, ensuring compliance with Federal and state employment laws.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
  • Facilitate U.S. payroll and benefits programs in coordination with Finance.
  • Manage HR contract creation, maintenance, and contract lifecycle tracking for U.S. personnel.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy and documentation integrity.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Oversee benefits administration for U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy and employee support.
  • Support compensation benchmarking, salary leveling, and market comparison efforts.
  • Partner with Finance on compensation structure alignment.

Global HR Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR Regional Heads in Eastern Europe and Latin America
  • Ensure cohesive HR practices across multiple geographies while respecting: local labor laws, market practices, and organizational standards
  • Collaborate with legal and paralegals on HR policy, contract review, and compliance matters.
