The HRBP will report into the Senior Vice President HR for US Markets and Global Solutions and will directly support the 2 Senior HR Business Partners for Global Solutions.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant HRBP or HR Center of Expertise (COE) experience.
  • Experience and interest in supporting high growth and fast-paced organizations, including experience supporting global business groups composed of several business verticals and horizontals.
  • Experience supporting and implementing HR initiatives including employee relations, compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, reporting (tracking) and manager/leadership development.
  • Excellent communication, consulting and coaching skills.
  • Comfortable in an environment where one is regularly balancing roll-up-your-sleeves-to-get-things-done activities with strategic discussions and decisions.
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex situations and simplify them into actionable solutions.
  • Experience working successfully within a matrixed management environment and the ability to  manage through influence.
  • An undergraduate degree is required, and an advanced degree preferred.

Impact You'll Make:

  • The HRBP supports and assists in implementing the organizational and talent strategies for the Global Solutions business unit, enhancing the capability of managers and leaders, and seizing the opportunity to make an impact in one of TransUnion’s most significant business units.
  • TransUnion’s Global Solutions organization has ambitious growth plans and the Senior Consultant, HRBP has a critical role, working closely with the HR team and business leaders to anticipate and determine HR implications, identify opportunities to enable and enhance the business and people agendas, and ultimately execute plans to support that direction.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for addressing employee relations issues including conflicts, performance concerns, grievances, disciplinary actions and workplace investigations.
  • Measure success of the HR plans, and identify ways to improve upon the current methods, processes and thinking.
  • Partner with COE HR teams such as talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, employee relations, payroll and sales effectiveness.
  • Own data management, and analyze HR data from various platforms (Workday, Vizier, Medallia, etc.)
  • Support HRBP team and managers with annual performance management & pay planning processes.
  • Support organizational effectiveness (culture, collaboration, communication, etc.) in acquisitions, integrations, and re-organizations through the provision of thought leadership and insightful data to guide decision-making and deliver proactive solutions.
  • Solve problems and get to the root cause of issues, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
