- Provide HR leadership and advice to managers and employees in areas such as recruiting, performance management, succession planning, organizational development, and workforce planning
- Ability to flex between strategic and tactical
- Build strong relationships with leaders and teams
- Suggest HR strategies that align with business goals and support the team’s success
- Help managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues
- Prepare and leverage human resources data to inform and influence process improvements and key decisions
- Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and execute ideas to enhance culture
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts
- Partner with HR colleagues on team-related projects and activities.
- 7+ years of professional Human Resources experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Knowledge of employment-related federal and state regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management
- Ability to build rapport and trust with teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
