The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department, assisting with day-to-day operations related to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
• Support new hire onboarding by preparing orientation materials, collecting documentation, and setting up employee records.
• Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and personnel records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave tracking, and retirement plans.
• Process HR documentation, such as employment contracts, performance evaluations, and policy acknowledgments.
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and new hire information.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and recordkeeping standards.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance review schedules.
• Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
• Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS software preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
