Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, payroll administration, and employee-related processes. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient HR operations and an excellent employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
  • Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Collect and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, time off, and other payroll-related information.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in HR, recruitment, or payroll administration.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and basic payroll practices.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with ATS or HR systems is a plus.
