We are seeking a curious, tech-savvy, and people-oriented intern to join our Human Resources team with a focus on applying Artificial Intelligence to enhance HR processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore how AI can support talent development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, and more. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in researching and evaluating emerging AI tools for HR functions  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation 
  • Provide recommendations for HR team to utilize AI in current practices 
  • Share and discuss AI solutions with the HR team to gather insights and align on implementation strategies

Preferred Qualifications
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or masters in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Human Resources with a strong interest in technology Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong research skills 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a program directly related to our business operations
  • Has the ability to work a consistent schedule during business hours
  • Has reliable transportation to and from work
