Schedule Part Time(Monday-Wednesday-Friday)

 

  • Assist with open and new position administration.
  • Assist with educating newly hired employees on HR-established practices.
  • Responsible for employee life cycle administration that will include entry of new hires, status changes, rate changes, etc. into HRIS.
  • Assist with implementation of the new HRIS platform.
  • Assist with employee data.
  • Assist with providing support to employees in various HR-related topics.
  • Assist with regulatory related reporting.
  • Assist with internal third-party follow-up and inquires form establish Human Resource vendors,
  • Assist with maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits.

  • Special Projects assign by CHRO

  • Employee file compliance maintenance,
  • Assist with onboarding efforts,

Education: Bachelor or years of experience will be taken into consideration.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of Human Resources, and Healthcare desire
