🌟 Your Impact at Lila

As our Human Resonance Operations Manager (our equivalent of a People Operations Leader), you’ll own the operational backbone of our People function—leading programs that scale with intention and designing systems that support clarity, agility, and global expansion.

This is an M3-level leadership role, responsible for managing our People Operations function and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business. You’ll shape the tools, processes, and rhythms that allow Lila to grow with speed and sustainability—without losing the human-centered experience we care deeply about.

You’ll lead by building. Whether you’re implementing global mobility policies, standing up new HRIS workflows, or partnering with Finance and Legal to streamline how work flows across disciplines, you’ll operate at the center of a company scaling fast and building for the long haul.

🛠️ What You'll Be Building

  • Own and Lead Core People Operations
    • Oversee day-to-day People Operations including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, compliance, and workforce data management
    • Build infrastructure that scales with growth and supports a distributed, hybrid workforce
    • Act as the strategic owner for People systems, process design, and workflow excellence
  • Design the Infrastructure Behind Our Growth
    • Lead HRIS operations, employee lifecycle automations, and key integrations between systems (e.g., Talent, Payroll, Finance)
    • Build internal documentation, templates, and resources that support high-speed, high-trust decision-making
  • Enable Managers and Teams
    • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver operational clarity and make complex processes feel seamless
    • Serve as the connective tissue across policy, practice, and people experience
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects
    • Manage cross-functional projects alongside Legal, Finance, Talent, and DEIB
    • Drive initiatives around global workforce planning, People data strategy, and hybrid work enablement
  • Mentor and Scale Operational Talent
    • Over time, build and develop a small but mighty People Operations team
    • Champion a culture of clarity, accountability, and operational integrity across the function

🧰 What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Proven Operational Leadership
    • You’ve led People Operations or similar functions in high-growth, dynamic environments. You know how to design systems that scale—without sacrificing care or clarity.
  • Builder Mentality
    • You’re energized by ambiguity and have a track record of launching programs from scratch. You don’t need a blueprint—you know how to make one.
  • Systems Fluency
    • You’re confident navigating across HRIS platforms, ATS and LMS tools, and workflow automations. You understand how systems should talk to each other—and what clean data enables.
  • Collaborative Confidence
    • You’ve built strong partnerships across Finance, Legal, IT, and HR. You speak the language of compliance, scalability, and culture—and you know how to bring those together in practice.
  • No Formal Requirements
    • We care about how you think and what you’ve built—not where you learned it. Formal degrees or certifications are welcome but not required.
