Temporary HubSpot CRM Administrator to audit and clean CRM assets, optimize structure and workflows, troubleshoot automations, support integrations (n8n, Google Drive, DocuSign, Slack), improve data quality, and build dashboards and documentation for maintainability.
We’re looking for a technical, operations-focused HubSpot Administrator to support a 4-month project designed to clean, streamline, and optimize our CRM. This role is ideal for someone who understands HubSpot at a systems level and can improve workflows, data quality, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Audit and clean up unused HubSpot assets (properties, lists, workflows, pipelines, reports, etc.)
- Optimize CRM structure, naming conventions, and governance standards
- Improve and rebuild pipelines and workflow automations across teams
- Troubleshoot automation failures and implement scalable, reliable workflow logic
- Support integrations with tools like n8n, Google Drive, DocuSign, Slack, etc.
- Enhance data quality through deduplication, formatting fixes, and validation checks
- Build operational dashboards and documentation for long-term maintainability
What You Bring
- 2–4+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM administration
- Strong technical understanding of HubSpot objects, workflows, and automation logic
- Experience with data cleanup, CRM governance, and process optimization
- Ability to diagnose and resolve operational or automation issues
