Position Summary
This position is eligible for our FLEX persona.
We are looking an HRIS Consultant to support the design, functionality and operations of HRIS systems, processes and related activities in collaboration with project teams. Responsibilities include: identifying how to leverage HR systems and/or application functionality more effectively on a global basis, proactively recommending and driving process improvements and innovative solutions to add value to the business and defining and configuring systems changes in support of business strategy and process.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, facilitate and drive large, highly complex and/or cross-functional requirement elicitation and validation sessions by working with multiple business areas and IT partners to ensure a complete, correct, prioritized, unambiguous, verifiable and comprehensive collection of requirements
- Determine appropriate requirement elicitation technique(s); meet broad and/or cross-functional business vision/needs by asking questions, offering alternatives and exploring all sides of an issue to understand the true business need.
- Manage and/or lead testing efforts ensuring that comprehensive test plans and test cases are developed, that automated testing is leveraged and ensure that requirements trace to tests
- Ensure that test plans, test cases and testing results are analyzed, defects tracked, resolved, and documented
- Think beyond the current project and envision how the solution being developed could be leveraged for future endeavors
- Responsible for completing HRIS related activities including but not limited to; system integration, configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, program and system quality testing, go-live and post go-live implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Three (3) years of HRMS experience; Workday experience required
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and Power Point and Access
- Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong project management skills and experience in managing projects
- Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
- Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
- Works hard, but can laugh and have fun in the process

LocationBostonTime TypeFull timeSalary Range: $113,940.00 - $139,260.00The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
This job is also eligible for variable pay.
