The HRIS Analyst provides system support for HR technology, maintaining data integrity, resolving technical issues, and participating in system audits and testing.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our HRIT team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for frontline system support, ensuring the operational stability of our HR technology suite. You will be responsible for resolving technical tickets, maintaining data integrity across platforms, driving strategic HCM initiatives, and supporting the seamless integration of our HRIS systems.
Preferred Qualifications- Frontline System Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for the Workday and UKG systems, troubleshooting errors and assisting end-users. Maintain system training resources.
- Ticket Management: Act as the first responder for the internal team inboxes. Resolve system inquiries involving security profile changes, report field adjustments, schedule updates, etc.
- System Maintenance & Auditing: Monitor integration runs between systems and perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and synchronization.
- Reporting & Analytics: Utilize Excel to audit and compare large datasets using Vlookups and create EIBs and upload to HR systems. Create and maintain custom reports (Advanced and Matrix). Assist in scheduled report distribution and dashboard maintenance.
- UAT Participation: Participate and test in the semi-annual Workday release cycle by performing regression testing on basic features to ensure no disruptions to current workflows. Participate and test in the UKG Pro Workforce Management Feature Release to ensure platform stability.
- Project work: Work on and execute routine HCM projects, leading configuration, testing and go live support. Assist in yearly performance and compensation cycle management.
