We are building a national network that connects providers with real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere, so that providers can better coordinate patient care. Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Technical Sourcer who has an eye for talent to connect candidates with opportunities in our rapidly growing and dynamic organization. You will play a critical role in the growth of our Engineering & Product Teams while ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate has experience executing effective sourcing campaigns to secure top talent. You are also goal-focused, enthusiastic to learn, and resourceful.
What You Will Do:
• Execute sourcing campaigns to drive a high volume of qualified candidates into the pipeline
• Screen resumes, conducts initial outreach, and phone screens
• Responds to inbound applications with a sense of urgency
• Regularly communicate pipeline activity to internal stakeholders
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to improve process and efficiency
• Embody the PatientPing employment brand
What You Need:
• Minimum 2 years of experience technical sourcing or technical recruiting at a high-growth company or agency
• BA/BS degree
• Healthcare /digital health tech experience is a plus
• Proven track record of sourcing exceptional talent
• Experience with sourcing tools, including Entelo, LinkedIn, AngelList, & GitHub
• Experience with an applicant tracking system, Lever preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously on projects and prioritize appropriately
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
