Talent Acquisition Specialist
Play a critical role in PlacePass’s growth, culture, and ultimate success by leading all recruiting efforts.
What You’ll Do:
At PlacePass, we believe our greatest asset is our people. As the individual responsible for attracting people to PlacePass, you’ll play a critical role in company’s growth, culture, and ultimate success. You’ll oversee the end-to-end recruiting process: creatively building the PlacePass brand externally to attract talent, partnering with hiring managers to create job descriptions, identifying effective channels to source candidates from, initiating candidate outreach, conducting initial candidate screens, coordinating onsite interviews and managing the candidate pipeline, overseeing the feedback collection and decision-making processes, initiating the offer process, and leading onboarding for new hires. You will utilize our Applicant Tracking System as the single source of truth for recruiting at PlacePass, and ensure that all other team members involved in the recruiting process do the same! This is an incredibly unique and exciting opportunity to serve as one of the most visible brand ambassadors at a well-funded and fast-growing travel startup in Boston.

- Bachelor’s Degree from a top university
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing top talent
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptionally well-organized and proactive
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maturity
- Prior startup experience
- Technical recruiting experience
