Are you a natural born marketer? Do you enjoy crafting employment brand messaging and communicating it to the talent market? Come be a part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team at TripAdvisor. We partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support the team with employment brand messaging and recruitment marketing programs. Leveraging data, we provide insights to, and management of, the most effective brand messaging vehicles and recruitment marketing tools. 

We seek someone who is highly motivated, inquisitive, flexible, data driven, technology focused and a creative problem solver. The ideal candidate will have a strong employment brand messaging and recruitment marketing background with experience in career sites, sourcing tools, vendor relations, social media, events, new hire onboarding and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the employment brand message through partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership, HR, Marketing, PR and the Communications Team
  • Research, recommend, implement and maintain the best available vehicles for delivering our employment brand message including but not limited to the TripAdvisor Career Site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, niche websites, industry blogs, etc.
  • Build a content library containing imagery, video and articles that support our employment brand message
  • Manage TripAdvisor’s employment brand social media presence including, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Create effective marketing campaigns using our Greenhouse Candidate Relationship Management tool and Phenom People Marketing Platform
  • Leverage data to determine ROI of our branding and recruitment marketing efforts and inform future strategy and spend
  • Develop and deliver training to the recruitment team on recruitment marketing techniques
  • Build internal communication vehicles to drive employment brand and recruitment marketing culture with the recruiting team
  • Design and deliver new hire onboarding program that creates and experience and reflects TripAdvisor’s brand and culture
  • Project and program management for a variety of Talent Acquisition deliverables and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Must have experience managing employment brand and recruitment marketing programs
  • Must have experience with career site and marketing tool implementation and maintenance
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail
