We are hiring a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our incredible team. If you think like a strategic talent advisor and are excited about providing the highest level of recruitment to Lightmatter, this job is for you! The Sr. Recruiter will deliver high-quality technical candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through our selection process. The new recruiter will perform full life recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers candidates and the community-at-large. If you have experience working closely with leaders in technology to define position requirements and evaluate candidates for skills match, you should apply! You must be good at building alliances and working in a team environment, partnering with the Head of Talent for current and future recruiting needs.

Requirements


  • Own end-to-end life cycle recruitment, mainly focus on technical requisition
  • Partner with HR and Head of Talent to provide integrated staffing support for the client group from sourcing to offer
  • Work on alignment with the hiring process and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the needs of their respective departments
  • Partner with Head of Talent Acquisition to drive results, utilize data, and relevant recruitment metrics to ensure process improvement
  • Help identify recruiting trends, drive change, and enable overall growth
  • Ensure efficient candidate workflow and a diverse slate of candidates
  • Focus on best-in-class candidate experience
  • Stay abreast to all networking events and latest recruiting trends
  • Focus on the execution of Lightmatter talent acquisition strategy that will encompass a variety of recruitment resources including strategic job postings, websites, and social media
  • Source passive candidates from a variety of platform
  • Follow the internal interview methodology
  • Maintain candidate pool with potential candidates very active
  • Maximize the utilization of our platforms including our ATS
  • Help develop marketing/branding recruiting campaign

What you should bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 + years of previous recruitment experience across various disciplines including: Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers
  • Solid experience performing social recruiting specifically on LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Previous experience as a semiconductor recruiter is a great plus
  • Experience working in a startup environment, software development experience preferred
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, fast change and hyper-growth environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decisions making skills
  • Fact driven, confident, and informed decisions making
  • Ability to prioritize and go quickly to the analysis that gives maximum value in the shortest time frame
  • Ability to stimulate others to change and absorb new ideas
  • Excellent listener and overall communicator, recognized for being honest, upfront, and direct with all levels of the organization.
