Job Summary

Summary: Reporting to the Sr. Director, Lead HR Business Partner, you will be one of the primary Human Resources contacts for the Global R&D organization. You will partner with key leadership to define the HR people and development strategy while delivering human resources client support focused on building a best in class employer brand during a time of rapid change and growth. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key business and HR leaders to identify key priorities and to develop the people roadmap.
• Partner with internal HR COE’s – Compensation and Benefits, Total Rewards, Talent, etc. to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team do develop and implement innovative processes needed to achieve hiring plans.
• Proactively monitor employee engagement and partner with leaders to identify and implement action plans
• Analyze trends and metrics across the employee lifecycle and proactively communicate results to business leaders
• Consult with leaders on organizational/business issues, including change management, talent, culture, leadership effectiveness and succession planning
• Partner with the M&A Team to support and facilitate merger and acquisition activities, including organization design, integration and assimilation
• Continuously assess the needs and performance of the business to drive organizational optimization.
• Manage all aspects of employee relations, including conducting fact-finding investigation activities related to internal and external inquiries, complaints and concerns.
• Provide day-to-day HR support.

 

Qualifications

Number of Years of Work Experience: 8+

 

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a rapidly growing high-tech, global organization.
• Creative, flexible, innovative team player who can also work well in a leadership capacity with minimal oversight
• Proven ability to define and implement a talent strategy in a fast paced, high growth environment
• Exceptional organizational, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, presentation, etc.
• Demonstrated success building business relationships with senior leaders, advising and coaching management on human resources solutions
• Highly proficient using MS Office suite and other business tools

 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred
