A strategic L&D program is a critical component to bring this to life. As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will be integral to the development of our growing global employee base. You will partner and collaborate with our business leaders to understand learning needs and develop effective programs to address those needs. You will design, develop, and facilitate an ongoing training program to upskill the organization - employees and managers. L&D plays a key role in an employee's clear path to success and empowering our employees in their Bullhorn careers.
A typical day might include:
Designing and developing a scalable company 90 day onboarding program for all employees.
Partnering with the business stakeholders to perform a training gap analysis.
Designing and facilitating a broad range of courses for employee and leadership development, utilizing a clear understanding of adult learning theory and a blended learning approach.
Facilitating engaging virtual and in person training sessions.
Measuring the effectiveness of development programs, ensuring we’re hitting our development goals, as well as impacting the business.
Vetting training vendors and promoting the adoption of our internal learning resources.
Partnering and collaborating closely with the VP of L&D, HR leaders, and DEI Program Manager to create innovative development solutions.
This role may be a fit for you if:
At least 5+ years of corporate L&D experience and a passion for design, developing, and facilitating training. Strong understanding of adult learning theories/principles.
You can program manage engaging and thought provoking L&D programs.
You are agile and can flex your style to a variety of global audiences.
You can work autonomously, handle ambiguity, and can work well in a remote environment.
You enjoy working on a fast paced, engaging, and global team who are passionate about the employee experience.
You have experience building impactful onboarding programs and you’re looking to implement new innovative strategies at a fast growing software company.
You’re organized and detail oriented.
You build strong relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and employees.
