 The role of the Recruiting Coordinator is a key part of the People team, partnering with department leaders and hiring managers to deliver on the organizational elements of Indigo’s goal of finding and attracting A players. This role will be based in Boston and will require exceptional people skills, contagious enthusiasm for Indigo’s mission, a proven ability to execute, outstanding organizational skills, and flexibility and efficiency to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and becoming an expert on Indigo’s recruiting process
  • Supporting hiring managers and recruiters with all scheduling needs
  • Scheduling scorecard session, pre-meetings, debrief meetings, and interview schedules with a quick turnaround
  • Becoming an expert with navigating and using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Collaborating with all Executive Assistants to ensure a smooth process for all involved stakeholders
  • Communicating with candidates in a professional and timely manner, acting as the “face of Indigo” throughout the candidate’s experience
  • Greeting candidates for on-site interviews and managing all logistical aspects of the interview day (dialing video calls, ordering lunch, etc.).
  • Representing Indigo’s core values and a strong sense of enthusiasm and positivity in all candidate interactions
  • Contributing to new ideas for improving the recruiting process
  • Sourcing candidates when needed
  • Writing scorecards and job descriptions as needed
  • Posting new jobs on Indigo’s career website and outside job boards
  • Assisting with event planning and other ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ year(s) relevant work experience required
  • Proven success in fast-paced support or administrative capacity
  • Calendar management experience strongly preferred
  • Recruiting experience or understanding preferred

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
