A day in the life:

Every day will be different and you will be very challenged by balancing a variety of responsibilities. You will roll out the red carpet for every candidate providing exceptional service to them at every point in the candidate lifecycle. You will work with employees across the company to schedule them with candidate interviews and get their interview feedback. You will support the Recruiters with sourcing using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and Twitter and be involved with recruitment marketing campaigns using Glassdoor, Instagram, Hub Spot and other tools. As workload demands, you will help the team recruit for junior roles. You will work with the HR Operations Manager to perform a myriad of onboarding tasks some of which include ordering new hire welcome baskets, business cards and performing reference and background checks. Finally, you will work with the VP of HR to support employee engagement initiatives and perform general HR administrative tasks as needed. 

 What you bring:

You have experience working in a staffing agency environment and want to be groomed to eventually become a Corporate Recruiter. You have exposure to the talent acquisition lifecycle and have a passion for networking and matching talented people with great companies. You want to wear many hats and be part of a great HR team. You are a driver who is relentless in pursuit of goals. You are highly personable, have great energy and are willing to do whatever the team needs to succeed. You have exceptional communications skills and are detail-oriented letting nothing fall through the cracks! You are strong on these platforms or have most of the following skills: knowledge of one or more applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Glassdoor, Hub Spot, MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Extra awesome: You have done some sourcing before and or helped fill junior level open positions.
