You’re an excellent candidate if you:
- Have 2-4 years experience in an Office Manager role at an early stage company
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree
- Have managed payroll and benefits administration
- Have helped with recruiting and managed hiring funnels
- Are extremely organized
- Want to learn and grow every day
As Eversound’s Office Manager, you’ll:
- Report to the VP of Special Projects
- Work cross-functionally with many team members
- Empower our team to perform at its peak
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing
- Ensure our file systems stay organized
- Keep the office in tip-top shape
- Be the glue that holds the Eversound team together
- Have a ton of fun while impacting hundreds of thousands of seniors
