You’re an excellent candidate if you:

  • Have 2-4 years experience in an Office Manager role at an early stage company
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Have managed payroll and benefits administration
  • Have helped with recruiting and managed hiring funnels
  • Are extremely organized
  • Want to learn and grow every day

As Eversound’s Office Manager, you’ll:

  • Report to the VP of Special Projects
  • Work cross-functionally with many team members
  • Empower our team to perform at its peak
  • Assist with recruiting and interviewing
  • Ensure our file systems stay organized
  • Keep the office in tip-top shape
  • Be the glue that holds the Eversound team together
  • Have a ton of fun while impacting hundreds of thousands of seniors
