We have an amazing team of people dedicated to putting our customers, teammates, and partners before ourselves, and we’re looking for the right Hiring & Onboarding Coordinator to come on board!

The Hiring & Onboarding Coordinator will support the growth and success of our Retail team through hiring and onboarding our Brand Ambassadors across all of our retail locations.

What you’ll do here:

  • Recruiting: create a strong pipeline of candidates for our Brand Ambassador role. Kick off the interview process by vetting applicants and leading phone screens.
  • Candidate Experience: be the face of Lovepop to our Brand Ambassador candidates. As their point of contact during the interview process, you’ll be the reason why they choose Lovepop.
  • Onboarding: Give a warm welcome to each new hire on our Retail team and help them prepare for their local team training. Work closely with Training & Development managers in each of our cities to make sure onboarding goes smoothly.
  • Operations: Get all new hires up and running on all systems. Make sure we are following the necessary steps in the process to keep track of our large retail organization. Keep all employment data up to date.
  • Ongoing support: Be the person our brand ambassadors and Retail team can count on when they have brand ambassador employment-related questions.

  • Have 1-2 years of relevant past experience in retail recruiting and/or HR, particularly with part-time employees.
