We are currently in search of an engaging leader to design, direct and champion our Diversity and Inclusion programs. This is a collaborative, visible, and dynamic position that will partner with the executive team, functional leaders, team members and public relations on key diversity initiatives.

Our aspiration to create the most inclusive community at Quick Base includes not only our employees but also our customer/builder community. This role is unique from other D&I leadership positions as your impact will go beyond internal focus and include creating meaningful programs to leverage the power of Quick Base to connect with underserved communities, and their allies, and help close the opportunity gap.

In addition, you will develop and implement a holistic approach to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, moving beyond short-term programs and initiatives toward systemic alignment into the people practices that support key business outcomes. This is a highly visible and impactful role, both internally with employees and externally with our community.
 

As our D&I leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing, developing, and fostering an inclusion and diversity roadmap with a focus on achieving measurable, sustainable results
  • Partnering with the business and HR leadership to design and implement change initiatives to increase diversity and foster a culture of inclusion and drive employee engagement
  • Designing and Leading employee education efforts around diversity, inclusion and belonging
  • Embedding diversity and inclusion into all people and business processes, ensuring alignment while tailoring for functional/regional needs
  • Defining our reporting and analytics strategy to drive holistic, transparent data-driven decisions
  • Creating and leading the execution of company-wide programs to engage with our employees and builder community to bring Quick Base to underserved communities
  • Championing additional programs where Quick Base can support STEM initiatives in education, non-profit, other
  • Serving as the subject matter expert and liaison for Business Leaders and HR Business Leaders in developing context-specific strategies and operating plans for attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent
  • Analyzing and presenting talent demographics, monitor and share key data trends to support development of our diversity and inclusion initiatives

 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have leadership experience with and a demonstrated ability to create and execute effective organizational strategies and transformations
  • Show a deep understanding and expertise of D&I and knowledge of global trends
  • Demonstrate proficiency to engage, influence and work with leadership
  • Have experience building strong relationships and driving sustainable change
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and be highly adaptable
  • Be able to work through and drive decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Show exceptional judgment and empathy when working with team members, employees at all levels as well as external stakeholders
  • Have experience leading cross-functional teams with high engagement
  • Demonstrate expertise in using metrics to inform, influence and communicate a vision
  • Maintain attention to detail and quality, while working with a sense of urgency
