We’re looking for an effective, trusted advisor to create a positive and action focused approach to our team experience from recruiting through daily culture at the agency. You’ll be the right person to find more great people for CTP. To know so much about the ins and outs of us, the work we make, the way we make it that you know just where to go to find the next perfect person to work here with us. You’ll lead employee relations and professional development. And you’ll be interested in taking this role on 3-4 days per week.
