About the Position

LogicManager is a rapidly growing scale-up and we are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition. This position will manage our team of recruiters. This role is highly collaborative and supports recruiting across all of our teams at all levels. This person will be managing, coaching, and growing our innovative people operations team to scale our recruiting practices while sustaining a high candidate experience. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, accountable, and has managed others through inspiration and innovation. They should also be looking to accelerate their professional career in one of Boston’s most innovative companies with room to grow into a broader People Operations role.

What you'll be doing on our team

  • Strategically partner with hiring managers and their respective teams at every stage of the recruiting life cycle from writing job descriptions to offer
  • Engage, nurture and qualify a diverse pool of candidates from a range of channels and sources
  • Drive the candidate evaluation process and manage offer delivery and negotiations
  • Act as a champion for candidates throughout their journey by ensuring they feel supported and set up for success
  • Create an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
  • Identify unique ways to source strong candidates via the internet, content and branding initiatives, driving employee referrals, and attending networking events
  • Leverage data to make educated decisions in regards to recruiting processes changes, advising stakeholders and your individual performance
  • Experiment with new ways to optimize our interview processes, internal workflows, and solve for candidate experience
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote the LogicManager brand
  • Partner with senior leadership to proactively identify strategic staffing needs across all departments, and define ambitious recruiting plans
  • Take the lead on employer branding, pulling in marketing support as needed
  • Manage our ATS workflow and report on staffing metrics to track, and ways to continually improve our employer brand

About you and what skills you’ll bring

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • At least 8 years experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years managing a team
  • Demonstrated ability to scale hiring in a high growth SaaS company
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
  • Proven track record in recruiting or similar role for both business and software development positions
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 
  • Strong process orientation; proven track record of continuous process improvement in recruiting, performance management, and employee relations functions
  • Experience developing and monitoring HR policies, compliance, and risk, as well as effectively disseminating information for company-wide adoption
  • A passion for the implementation of people metrics and their ongoing maintenance
  • Passion for influencing and contributing to our vibrant and collaborative culture
