The Director of Employee Personal Development will be responsible for the evolution and execution of the Dream Big program.

 

Dream Big is not about measuring or improving employee job performance, learning hard skills, or managing reviews or evaluations. Dream Big is our way of helping employees find their passions and leverage them to become better people in all aspects of their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve and refine the current Dream Big program to improve effectiveness and long-term support for participants
  • Create or revise content, media, exercises, collateral for the Dream Big program
  • Deliver multi-day training workshops for new participants
  • Deliver day-long follow-up workshops and refresher courses for current participants
  • Coach participants in 1:1 sessions, either live or via video conference
  • Ensure participants have a positive and rewarding experience, including post-workshop support, coaching, guidance
  • Work with others across the organization to provide the training, experience, and materials needed to help participants on their journey
  • Work with a small staff of facilitators to ensure the effective execution of the program
  • Create or adapt culture-specific variants for regions where DataRobot has a significant presence, including the US, Ukraine, Japan, Israel, and others as needed

Main Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience creating, evolving broad-spectrum enrichment or talent development programs
  • Strong motivational presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong content creation skills, including documentation, presentations, workbooks, other collateral
  • Successful experience leading a small team of content creators and facilitators
  • Empathy
  • Ability and desire to work with people from a broad range of experiences and backgrounds (college hires through C-suite executives)
  • Ability and desire to work with large numbers of participants in 1:1 sessions
  • Fluency in English
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences across regions where we have a presence
  • Ability and desire to work 60-80 hours per week, including weekends
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of the time
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and direction
  • Sense of humor
