DataRobot has a mission to improve the lives of employees by a factor of ten. One of the ways we achieve this is through Dream Big, a program which guides employees in defining their long-term life goals, be they career or personal, and providing the support, skills, training, and resources needed to achieve them. Dream Big isn’t a one-time event: it is a commitment on the part of the company and the employee to help each other achieve their dreams over months or even years. The Director of Employee Personal Development will be responsible for the evolution and execution of the Dream Big program.
Dream Big is not about measuring or improving employee job performance, learning hard skills, or managing reviews or evaluations. Dream Big is our way of helping employees find their passions and leverage them to become better people in all aspects of their lives.
