Our Nuance Talent Acquisition team is looking to bring on an additional Recruiter that will support the sourcing and recruitment of both active and passive candidates for our growing product lines across multiple business units in both technology and non-technology markets.  The role will start by working remotely, but this individual will be working out of our Burlington, MA offices once we do return to working on-site some time later in 2021.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Works with hiring managers and Talent Delivery team to develop staffing strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to open requisitions, ensuring accuracy in the job description and business line/Nuance details
  • Optimizes job postings and screening questions for marketability.
  • Identifies alternative talent sourcing opportunities for specific business needs
  • Managing external partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with select universities through consistent communication.
  • Coordinating and participating in established campus recruiting and community events at designated schools (on-site and virtual)
  • Working with multiple sourcing channels to ensure appropriate slate of candidates is available for open positions
  • Consults with hiring managers on hiring decisions and offer negotiations
  • Inputting and updating data in Nuance systems on real-time basis
  • Also support our growing DAX organization with operations and production recruitment.

 

Qualifications:

 

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivilant experience 

Years of Work Experience: 2+ years

 

Required Skills:

 

• Demonstrated sourcing experience to include internet, research and cold calling. Must have a "hunter” mindset and work ethic.
• Superior assessment and influencing skills
• Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Proven experience communicating with line managers.
• Strong organizational and follow through skills, with focus on attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple searches/projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities
