Corporate Recruiter
We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter who will support the growing needs of our business by recruiting for cross-functional positions, both technical and non-technical; by providing full-cycle recruitment and finding strong passive candidates for niche roles. SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with hiring managers to build trust and partnership, while providing full cycle recruiting services to hire top talent
Manage the entire hiring process and drive the recruiting process forward
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process; including salary recommendations and closing of candidates
Continuously and consistently build candidate pipeline by leveraging proactive sourcing and recruiting methods
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to drive recruiting best practices consistently throughout the company
Participate in Corporate/HR projects as assigned
ESSENTIAL SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years full cycle recruiting experience within the tech industry; Saas experience a plus
Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
Proven track record building and managing solid partnerships with hiring managers
Strong relationship building skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment
Team player and customer focused
Experience recruiting a variety of positions, at all levels; Technical Recruiting is highly desired
Demonstrated full cycle recruiting, from start to finish
Ability to maintain continuous communication with candidates, throughout the interview process
Experience with Google G Suite (preferred over Microsoft Office)
Experience using an ATS is a must
Strong social media skills are necessary
Must be well-organized with the ability to prioritize and adjust to business needs
Excellent communication experience – both written and verbal
