The People Systems team plays a critical role in enabling the HR organization through the strategic use of technology. We manage a wide range of initiatives, including end-user support for our HRIS (HiBob), ongoing systems optimization, and the development of our broader HR tech roadmap.
The roleAs an HR Systems Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for HR systems—especially our core platform, HiBob. This is a systems-focused role that requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset. You’ll work closely with the HR team and downstream stakeholders to investigate, resolve, and improve system-related requests, while continuously identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. The ability to manage and improve HR systems is central to this role.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide end-user support for our HR systems, developing a robust understanding of how users interact with HiBob and troubleshooting the challenges they face
- Develop a strong understanding of our HR systems and play an active role in the rollout and testing of new functionality
- Independently identify opportunities for automation and self-service within HiBob
- Maintain overview of both ad hoc support requests and tickets related to larger initiatives, ensuring timely resolution and effective tracking within the ticketing system
- Identify and propose solutions to tackle end user knowledge gaps
- Create and maintain well-organized and accessible documentation of knowledge in Confluence
- Contribute to the successful implementation of new processes and systems by supporting their rollout and adoption
We expect you to have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with an emphasis on system administration and end-user support
- Proven experience in automating previously manual work
- Experience working in a state-of-the-art HRIS – experience with HiBob is strongly preferred
- Experience working with SLAs
- Experience using Jira or comparable ticketing systems

Compensation
We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 83k-96k base + quarterly bonuses based on your experience, skills, and location.
